Typical Club meetings have 3 Sessions:

* The Prepared Speech Session where members give prepared speeches based on guidelines laid down in the Toastmaster Manuals.
* The Table Topic Session which is an Impromptu Speaking Session.
* The Evaluation Session where everyone gains valuable feedback about their performance.
